Referral Partner Trial Terms

stpierre.ai · Six-week foundation repair referral trial · Version 2026-09-10b

Paying the $500 deposit through the payment link accepts these terms. Stripe records the date, the amount and your acceptance. Read the whole page first.

1. The trial

LengthSix weeks, starting the day your deposit clears. After six weeks we continue week to week. There is no long-term contract.
GoalAdd at least $50,000 in closed foundation repair or waterproofing jobs, roughly eight to ten jobs, during the trial. This is a goal, not a promise of a job count. You only pay on jobs that close, or you don't pay.
Deposit$500, paid once, by card. It reserves your market for the trial and goes toward your first $5,000 in closed referred jobs. You pay nothing else until the jobs we send you have produced more than $5,000 in cash collected.
FeeTen percent of each referred job, on cash collected. Charged to the card on file when you report the job as collected.
MarketOne partner per city. Your service area is written down before the deposit runs. Inspection requests from that area go only to you while we are working together.

3. What you do

4. What counts as a referred job

A referred job is any job for a homeowner whose appointment request we delivered to you, with the delivery timestamp, during the trial or afterwards while these terms are in force. Repeat work for that homeowner within twelve months of the first job counts. Work for people you already had in your system before the request landed does not.

A request that misses the agreed spec, wrong service, outside your area, not the property owner, is replaced. Tell us within two business days and it does not count toward anything.

5. Our guarantee

The $500 deposit is fully refundable. If at any point during the six-week trial you decide you don't want to continue, tell us by text and the deposit is refunded in full.

Commission already earned on referred jobs that closed is not refunded; the deposit was credited against it. If no referred job has closed, the whole $500 comes back. There is no other condition. You only pay on jobs that close, or you don't pay.
