Referral Partner Trial Terms
stpierre.ai · Foundation repair referral partner trial · Version 2026-09-14
Paying the $500 trial payment through the payment link accepts these terms. Stripe records the date, the amount, your acceptance and the card you use. Read the whole page first.
1. How it works
| Trial week | One week, starting the day your trial payment clears. $500, fully refundable (section 5). |
| Weeks 2 to 6 | If the trial week is working for you, we continue for five more weeks for a second payment of $500. We only charge it after you say yes on the week-one review call, using the card you paid with. |
| What the $1,000 covers | Both payments together are $1,000 of prepaid commission. That is our 10% fee on your first $10,000 in cash collected from referred jobs. You pay nothing else until referred jobs have produced more than $10,000 in cash collected. Any unused prepaid commission stays credited to you for as long as we keep working together. |
| Fee after that | Ten percent of each referred job, on cash collected. Charged to the card on file when you report the job as collected. |
| Goal | We aim to send you about ten appointment requests a week, working toward at least $50,000 in closed foundation repair or waterproofing jobs. This is a goal, not a promise of a job count. |
| Reviews | A short review call every week: requests sent, inspections run, jobs closed, and what to fix. After week 6 we decide together whether to continue. If we do, it is week to week at 10% on cash collected, with no new payment. There is no long-term contract. |
| Market | One partner per city. Your service area is written down before referrals start. Inspection requests from that area go only to you while we are working together. |
2. What we do
- We run the local Facebook page and create the content homeowners respond to.
- We answer every message right away, answer their questions, and qualify scope, intent and service area.
- We complete the intake and format the request the way you need it.
- We send each qualified appointment request to you directly, by text or into your system, with the homeowner's own message and the time window they asked for.
- We pay for the page and the content. There is no advertising bill, no marketing fee, no retainer and no professional service fee.
3. What you do
- Call each appointment request within five minutes of delivery to confirm the appointment time. This is what makes the referrals work; if requests are going uncalled we will stop sending them after one written warning.
- Run the inspection, quote the work, and do the work. The homeowner is your customer from the moment the request is delivered.
- Report each referred job as it closes and as cash is collected, by text, so the fee can be charged. We never access your books or your customer list.
- Hold the licences, insurance and permits your work requires. We refer homeowners; we do not perform or warrant the work.
4. What counts as a referred job
A referred job is any job for a homeowner whose appointment request we delivered to you, with the delivery timestamp, while these terms are in force. Requests covered by a trial-week refund are not referred jobs (section 5). Repeat work for that homeowner within twelve months of the first job counts. Work for people you already had in your system before the request landed does not.
A request that misses the agreed spec, wrong service, outside your area, not the property owner, is replaced. Tell us within two business days and it does not count toward anything.
5. Our guarantee
The $500 trial payment is fully refundable. If the trial week is not working for you, for any reason, tell us by text or on the week-one review call, no later than the end of the seventh day after your payment cleared, and the full $500 is refunded.
If you take the refund, you owe nothing, now or later. You keep every appointment request we sent, and any job that closes from them is yours with no fee. There is no other condition.
The second $500 (weeks 2 to 6) is not refundable. It stays credited against your fee on referred jobs, as described in section 1. You only pay on jobs that close, or you don't pay.
6. Pausing and stopping
- You can pause new requests at any time by text. Pausing does not change the fee on jobs already referred.
- Either side can stop at any time after the trial week by text. When we stop, your market opens to another partner. Fees on jobs already referred remain due as they collect.
- We can stop delivering requests if they are not being called, or if homeowners report they were not contacted, after one written warning. If this happens during the trial week, your trial payment is refunded under section 5.
7. Money
- All amounts are in US dollars and are charged to the card on file through Stripe.
- Your trial payment and second payment are credited against the first $1,000 of fees. Once referred jobs have collected more than $10,000, the ten percent fee applies to every further referred job.
- Disputed jobs are settled by the text record: the delivery timestamp and your closed-job report.
8. The basics
- These terms are between you, the contractor named on the payment, and St. Pierre (stpierre.ai), Alex St. Pierre.
- Either side may end the arrangement by text. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship.
- Questions before you pay: alex@stpierre.ai.
